Blake is finally home!

On June 12, 2009, Blake Hopper came home from his mission! He looks really good, and we still like each other. He is great! He looked happy to be home, but I know he misses his mission a lot. Here are some pictures of us, these are recent pictures, not of when he came home.

Georgia, here I go!

Back in May, I had the opportunity to go to Georgia to visit my sister and family! It was a blast! The kids were crazy, but I had a lot of fun with them! We mostly just went shopping and got Andrea and the kids ready to come to Utah for three weeks. I hope I will be able to go to Georgia again soon!
What a cute family!

Slideshow of Blake and Aubrie

This is a slide show of Blake and I, premission-obviously. I have a new picture editing program and it can make slide shows! It's really cool actually! I just wanted to share my creation with everyone! Enjoy!

Slumber Party!

Here are pictures from my slumber party! I just love these girls! YAY! Not everyone who came got their picture taken (my fault). So sorry to those who came, but didn't get a picture taken! Also, thanks to my parents for hosting this party for me! They are so great!

Melissa, Becca, and Jessica being silly!

They were in a little corner of my living room sleeping, it was really funny!

The New Year

So, the new year has started, and this the first time this year that I have written on my blog. Sad, but true. Recap of the last month. I got to talk to Blake on the phone when he called his family over Christmas break! It was really good to talk to him, and he is doing really well! He comes home in less then 5 months, and I can't wait! The new semester has started, and I am always super busy with work and school. I think this semester is going to be a lot of fun though! I did turn 21 this month, and I had a slumber party (pictures coming soon). It was a lot of fun to get most of my friends together! Well, that's about it, but I did get a new digital camera for my birthday, so hopefully I will have more pictures to post on my blog! YAY!

Officially the Biggest Blogging Slacker Ever!

Dear Reader,
It is now December, and I haven't written on my blog for over two months. I did another letter from Blake, and he is doing well. He is struggling right now because the branches in his mission are struggling. In his own words, "...the people have fallen into the ways of the world and have made excuses for their sins." He said there are about 300 people in the branch, but only about 50 come to church every Sunday. He is relying on the Lord to help him know how to help the branches in his area. Also Blake's mom got a letter from his mission President saying that Blake was a district leader. Blake didn't even say a thing to me or his family! Basically, Blake is doing great!
School is almost over! I only have four days left of actual classes, then finals. Hopefully it won't be too bad. My cousin Becca gets married on the 20th of December, and I am a bridesmaid. Hopefully, I will have pictures from the event, and will then be able to post something more interesting on my blog. My sister and family come out for 2 weeks on December 21st! I'm really excited to see them! Well, that's about it, hopefully I will get better at this blogging thing.

I'm a slacker at this whole blogging thing

Dear readers (whomever you may be),
I haven't kept up my blog like I should. My life really hasn't changed much. Dated a few guys, fallen in love, then got my heart broken. No big deal though because everything has worked out according to what Heavenly Father wants in my life right now. I also got a letter from my missionary, Blake, and he is doing really well! He has 50 investigators and 6 of them have baptism dates! He is so happy and loves his mission! I have started a new semester at BYU, and I am still working at Vision Home Security in the call center. It's a nice job because I can do homework during the down time. Another bonus is I only have to work three days a week, and that includes Saturdays! It's really nice, and I personally think a tender mercy, we'll see how it goes when the semester gets more intense. Also, and most importantly, I have tickets to all of the BYU football home games! It's been really fun to see the Cougars win!!
