I decided that I needed new professional pictures of myself. I hadn't had a professional picture taken of myself since I was a junior in high school. I went to Kiddie Kandids, and here are more pictures of me!
So, since nothing really exciting has happened to me, I thought I would write about my new haircut! I really like it, and it's really easy to do! Also, coming soon, pictures of my new car!
So, it has only been one week since Finals have ended, and I already have started school and work. School won't be too bad this term because I am only taking two classes. At work I am a supervisor for a certain part of a call center at home security place. It's a fun job, and I work with a lot of fun people. It's keeping me busy, which is a good thing, but I do have time to do somethings that I want to do!
For our last FHE of the year, we decided to play games. These weren't ordinary games. We played pin the tie on President Monson, Pickle, Pickle, Cucumber (like Duck, Duck, Goose), and Faith and Doubt (Red like, Green light). It was actually really fun! This is a good idea for any FHE! In the picture is our game of Pin the tie on President Monson. (Yes, he doesn't have a face).
Finals week has come and gone, but I must say that I did have some fun while I was stressed out of my mind! For FHE during finals week, my roommates and I decided to buy a HUGE pizza. Included with this blog post are pictures of the HUGE pizza of delight and wonder. But I am very grateful that I am done with finals week!! Oh, and after we ate all of the pizza, we wrote on the box! It was so much fun!
Last week, my roommates and I were able to go to the conference center to watch the Sunday morning of General Conference! The conference center was absolutely beautiful!! It was such an amazing experience! We weren't aloud to take pictures in the conference center, so I don't have any pictures to post. It was a special experience because it was the first talk President Monson gave at General Conference sustained as the new prophet, seer, and revelator. So cool!
Once upon a time I was at BYU, and my roommates and I couldn't go to the Festival of Colors. Actually, we just decided not to go. So, instead we decided to hike the Y. The scenery was beautiful, and it was a really nice day to go for a hike. These pictures are documentation that we did in fact hike all the way to the top of the Y. We also thought it was funny that we were all wearing blue sweatshirts.
